General Terms and Conditions

This website and its contents are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By using this site you accept and are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions.

Privacy Policy

We will never disclose your name, address, telephone number or any other personal details to any other person or company except where expressly permitted by you. We will also never store any of your personal information without your prior permission.

Purchase of Products

Items in Stock

Where purchased items are in stock, the order will be processed immediately, payment will be taken and the product will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 24hrs.

Bespoke Items

If the product ordered is a bespoke item (for example a custom longbow) then once you have discussed and finalised your order with us, you will be sent an invoice to be paid upon receipt. Once the invoice is paid you will be given a completion date for your order and you will be kept updated with progress.

Payment

Payment can be made via BACS, Paypal and card payments in person. International payments are also accepted via BACS and Paypal.

Delivery of Products

Once an order is complete and ready to be dispatched it will be sent out via one of our selected carriers. You will be advised of the estimated arrival time of your order once dispatched, this is usually between 1 to 2 days for longbows and 2 - 5 days for other items. Unfortunately delays can sometimes occur in delivery which is outside of our control.

Please ensure someone is available at the address provided to accept the delivery, as failed delivery attempts and redelivery can be chargeable to you by the courier.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please ensure you sign the consignment as damaged. This will help us expedite any compensation due from the courier.

Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland: Longbow £50.00 2+ Day Tracked Service | Arrows £12.00 2+ Day Tracked Service

USA: Longbows £70.00 24hr Tracked Service | Arrows £34.00 2+ Day Tracked Service

International: Please contact us for a specific postage quotation.

Warranty

We put all our care and attention into every single item we make and sell, from the selection of the materials to the workmanship and finishing. However, since we use so many natural materials it can occur that a flaw or defect can be present without our knowledge. Therefore we offer a full 12 month warranty on all our longbows (except self bows which have a 6 month warranty).

Should your bow break or fail as a result of material defect or workmanship within the 12 month period then it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Please be aware that postage costs are not included in this warranty with regards to longbows and arrows, as our products are posted all over the world and are therefore supplied ex-works.

**IMPORTANT** You must ensure that you only string your bow using the bow stringer supplied with it, and following the guidelines provided. Failure to do so can damage the bow and will invalidate the warranty!

Returns

In the event that you may need to return an item for a refund or exchange, you must contact us in the first instance and follow the procedure outlined below.

Returning 'In Stock' Items

If you bought an 'in stock' item and you wish to return it for a refund or exchange then you must do so within 21 days of receipt of that item. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging. You will need to pay return postage, unless you are returning the item due to it being incorrect or faulty in which case we will cover the cost of return postage. In either case, proof of postage must be obtained when returning your purchase.

Bespoke Items

Due to the nature of crafting a bespoke item to order (for example a custom longbow or set of bespoke target arrows), we are unable to offer a return service for these except in instances where a warranty claim is being made as detailed above.
